Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at A Scent of Grace. We take great pride in our collection of Arabic perfumes and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Because we sell personal care products, our policy is designed to ensure the health and safety of our customers while maintaining the integrity of our fragrances.

1. Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us. To be eligible for a return:

  • The perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The original sealed plastic or shrink-wrap and security seals must be intact.

  • The packaging must be undamaged.

Note: Once the plastic seal or box has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for a return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect our bottles carefully, but we understand that transit issues or factory defects (such as a faulty spray nozzle) can happen.

  • Reporting: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at ascentofgrace777@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage or defect.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a collection of the faulty item and provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been opened or sprayed.

  • Sale, clearance, or "Deal of the Week" items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Purchases made through third-party vouchers.

4. Scent Subjectivity Disclaimer

Fragrance is a deeply personal experience. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on a dislike of a scent. We encourage our customers to research the fragrance notes or purchase samples (where available) before committing to a full bottle.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return courier to our office in Centurion.

  • Incorrect/Damaged Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, A Scent of Grace will cover all courier costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., PayFast, EFT) within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
